Glen serves as Vice President of Global Human Resources. Prior to joining CooperVision in February 2016, Glen served as Vice President of Human Resources and Information Technology at Thoratec Corporation. Prior to Thoratec, Glen served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Ask Jeeves Incorporated. Earlier in his career, he held Human Resources leadership roles with the Clorox Company, Borland Software Corporation and Varian Medical Systems. Glen has over 25 years of progressive Human Resources experience across a diverse set of industries.
