Rolando serves as Executive Vice President of Global Manufacturing Operations. He joined CooperVision in December 1995 and has held various executive positions, including Plant Manager and Senior Vice President, Americas Manufacturing Operations. His leadership led to the exponential growth of the award-winning Puerto Rico Manufacturing Site, and the establishment and successful start-up of the LEED Certified Costa Rica Site. Rolando brings over 30 years of experience in Strategic Planning and Operations Management and has been recognized at the highest level in the manufacturing industry, receiving the Puerto Rico Manufacturers Association Industrial of the Year Award.
