Purpose
Eye Care Professionals' (ECPs) approaches to managing myopia care vary widely despite awareness efforts. The World Council of Optometry (WCO) and CooperVision developed a Myopia Management Navigator to provide ECPs with standardised, evidence-based guidance on myopia management. This analysis examines baseline engagement metrics to assess the Navigator’s global reach and performance.

Methods
User engagement data were collected using Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (04/23/2024 to 12/12/2024). Google Analytics provided core metrics (unique users, page views, session duration, events), while Microsoft Clarity offered detailed user experience insights (session recordings, cursor movements, scroll depth, heatmaps). Merging these datasets generated a comprehensive user behaviour profile encompassing page views, interaction frequency, time on page, and device type.

Results
The Navigator attracted 4,134 unique users (04/23/2024 – 12/12/2024) from 129 countries, with an average session of five minutes. Users were 60% female, 40% male, mostly English-speaking and in the 25-34 age range. User engagement (site visits and actions like scrolling/clicking), was led by the United States (1279), United Kingdom (1050), and Malaysia (750). Though the US and UK led in engagement, Malaysia's engagement time was four times the overall average. The most downloaded resources were Clinical Interventions (143), Lifestyle Advice (120) and Children at Risk (107). The top-clicked sections were Lifestyle Advice (655), Children at Risk (299), and What to Measure (255).

Conclusion
Extended engagement with lifestyle and risk-related content indicates the need for practical materials to support ECPs in educating on myopia’s risks and interventions, and a demand for proactive management strategies. High interest from English-speaking regions suggests need for selectable language. The popularity of clinical intervention resources indicates a shift from correcting refractive errors to actively managing progression. Future enhancements of the myopia management navigator will use ongoing analytics to refine usability, expand content, and further support ECPs in delivering evidence-based myopia management.
