Patient Experience Campaign 2024

The contact lens patient fitting journey needed some
fresh thinking

We all know that contact lens wearers report greater feelings of freedom and self-confidence compared to glasses wearers* – but the journey to successful wear can sometimes be bumpy for both patients and eye care professionals.

So, last year we asked you how the contact lens patient fitting journey might be improved.

The response was fab, with impressive numbers of you, and patients, offering your honest thoughts and experiences!

We took the fresh thinking survey results and asked everyday eye care professionals to share how these insights might help practices to make a fresh start. Watch the video to learn more about our fresh thinking journey.
